December 2025

To help your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, all orders placed between 20th–22nd December will be upgraded and sent First Class at no extra cost.

You can continue to order with Next Day Delivery until 22nd December (3pm) for guaranteed Christmas delivery. We will still dispatch all orders on the 23rd December by 3pm but we recommend the 23rd for guarantee.

February 2025

We’ll be taking a short break from 19th to 27th February 2025, and all orders placed during this time will be processed and dispatched on 28th February 2025.

  • Standard orders will be sent via 48-hour tracked delivery.
  • Express orders will be sent via 24-hour tracked delivery or next-day if selected.
  • As a thank you for your patience, all hats will receive 10% off.

We will still be responding to enquiries, but at a slower pace, as our small team of two takes a well-deserved break.

Shipping Policy

UK Orders

All UK orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-10 business days.

  • Items cannot be considered for replacement or refund until 10 business days have passed from dispatch, as most items are delivered within this timeframe.
  • We appreciate your patience in these rare occurrences.

Express Shipping

We aim to deliver express orders within 2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day, and the 2-business-day delivery timeframe will begin from that point.

Please note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If the item has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at info@black-sunrise.co.uk. Cancellations are at the company's discretion.
  • If items are no longer required or you wish to amend your order, please contact us to organise a return.

Delivery Issues and Returns

  • For items with a delivery attempt that are not received, re-delivery must be organised by the buyer with the specified courier.
  • Items returned to Black Sunrise due to failed delivery will only be addressed once received. Re-delivery can be arranged at the purchaser's expense.
  • Black Sunrise cannot refund items that have not been received.

For UK customers:

  • Please notify us if your item has not been received within 14 working days of dispatch.
  • If we are not informed of a non-delivery issue within 50 days of dispatch, the order will be automatically marked as completed, and a refund may not be possible.

International Shipping

Black Sunrise ships internationally to as many countries as possible.

  • Orders for express delivery are processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders arrive within 7-12 working days, though customs delays may occur. Claims can only be made 20 business days after dispatch.
  • Pre-orders and regular items in the same order will be shipped together unless the customer opts for separate shipping at an additional cost.

Economy Shipping:

  • Economy international shipping does not include tracking. Proof of shipping will be provided, but claims can only be made 25 business days after dispatch. For tracked services, please choose International Express Delivery.

EU Orders and VAT

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Black Sunrise Ltd is not responsible for customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Since the UK has left the EU, additional customs duties may apply.
  • Items refused or returned due to customs charges will not be refunded for postage costs.

Important Notes

  • All delivery timeframes are based on Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.
  • Local bank holidays may cause delays.


Christmas 2024 Shipping Deadlines

  • The last guaranteed order date for Christmas delivery via UK Express is 20th December at 12:00 PM.
  • Standard orders will be posted the next working day. While most items are delivered within 1-5 working days (excluding strike days) from dispatch, delays may occasionally extend delivery to 10 working days.

Items cannot be considered for refund or replacement until this 10-working-day timeframe has passed.
